The only way I can get into the website at the moment is to go to my email account and click on a "Reply link..." email message from requests I am following, which are eventually going to expire, then how will I access the BFS website? I have rebooted my computer, and have deleted all cookies...what else do I need to do? Having trouble logging in, as follows:
